Daffodil Day - Cancer Council | Friday 24th August 2018
Friday 24th August 2018 is Daffodil Day - one of Australia’s best known fundraising events for cancer.
The survival rate from many common cancers has increased by 30% in the last two decades but we still have a long way to go! Daffodil Day raises funds for the Cancer Council to continue its work in cancer research, providing patient support and prevention programs for all Australians.
To the Cancer Council, the daffodil represents hope for a cancer-free future. You too can help in the fight against cancer by wearing a Cancer Council pin on Daffodil Day. Daffodil Day merchandise is on sale at most shopping centres, and you can donate to Daffodil Day at any time.
Offer a daffodil to a loved one, and help fund research that one day may save their life.
