Kev has been a radio host since the days they were called Dee Jays in 1975, working around Queensland, New Zealand, New South Wales and has been on air in Newcastle and the Hunter since 1981.
Kev has also been fortunate enough to have broadcast from around the world, Honolulu, Minneapolis, London, Budapest, Paris, Amsterdam, Vancouver, Banff, Memphis, Nashville - and even Kurri Kurri!
He's also a self proclaimed fabulous guitar player, taught Eric Clapton to play the tricky F chord, not a bad pool player, OK at spelling and a very safe motor cycle rider. Kev is a former Australian cricketer, retired Cleo magazine model and
Basically a radio veteran of old time rock n roll, loves watching live bands play in pubs (what did ya say?) and has more music trivia rubbish locked away in his head than Casey Kasem.
A lover of fine Hunter wine, cheese, grapes and classic western movies and a huge fan of the Queensland State of Origin side.
